Hi there,

July has been a month of real engagement, and I want to start by thanking those of you who made time to talk through event planning for the coming months. I know EOFY brings its own pressures, so the time and thought you gave me didn't go unnoticed.

It's also had me thinking about what actually makes a partnership work. It's easy to get caught up in features and offerings, but the partners I respect most are the ones asking a different question: does this genuinely solve a problem for the business on the other end? That's the lens I've tried to apply as we've expanded our card offering to include a credit facility and reward points. It's not just a new feature; it's about giving businesses more control over how they spend and budget, which matters more than ever right now. Hearing so many of you land on the same view that this is a real step forward for the businesses you work with has reinforced that we're building the right thing for the right reason.

As we move into the new financial year, thank you for your time, your insight and for helping shape where we go next. And if we haven't managed to connect this month, I'd genuinely love to hear from you; please don't hesitate to reach out.

FEATURE HIGHLIGHT

ProSpend Virtual Cards

One of the most common pain points we hear from customers is card spend that is invisible until it is too late. Receipts go missing, shared cards create confusion, and finance ends up doing the clean-up rather than the controlling.

ProSpend Virtual Cards give finance teams a better way to manage card spend from the moment a card is issued. Choose from debit or credit-backed card programs to suit how a business funds its spend, while ProSpend keeps limits, receipts, coding and reconciliation connected in one place. Here are three key features worth highlighting in customer conversations:

Issue Cards Instantly, with Clear Ownership: Create virtual cards in seconds for an employee, supplier, subscription or one-off purchase. No waiting on banks, no shared card workarounds and no guesswork about who the spend belongs to.

Set Spend Rules Upfront: Each card can have its own limits, date ranges and merchant category restrictions, so spend is controlled before it happens rather than reviewed after the fact.

Real-Time Visibility and Reconciliation: Track transactions as they occur, with receipts attached at the point of spend and coding that flows directly to the customer's ERP. Less month-end chasing, cleaner records and a complete audit trail.

PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

BusinessHub

Partner SPOTLIGHT_logo_400x400px-1
acumatica-businesshub

I'll be honest. When I first came across BusinessHub's website and saw them say outright, "If you want the cheapest system or a vendor who disappears after go-live, we are not the right fit," I thought, these are my people. That kind of straight-talking is exactly what I look for in a partner, and everything about our relationship since has backed that up.

What stands out most to me about the BusinessHub team is that they genuinely care about the outcome for their clients. They are not in it for a quick win. They stay involved, they ask the hard questions, and they hold themselves accountable to the results. That is a rare thing, and it is exactly the kind of integrity that makes a partnership worth investing in.

For those who haven't connected with them yet, BusinessHub has been helping Australian mid-market businesses get real control over their operations for over twenty years. They are a leading MYOB Acumatica and Wiise partner working across manufacturing, construction, distribution, not-for-profit and more, and they are the kind of team that stays with their clients long after the system goes live. We are really glad to have them in the ProSpend partner community.

PARTNER COMMUNITY NEWS

Archa Partnership | Partner Webinars

If you missed the news last month, ProSpend has officially partnered with Archa, and it is a big one. The partnership means ProSpend customers now have a choice in how they fund and manage card spend. Alongside our existing debit-backed card program, businesses can now access a credit-backed virtual card program, with rewards, multi-entity support and low FX fees, all connected straight into the ProSpend workflow finance teams already use.

Exciting webinars are on the way

The partner webinar calendar is filling up fast, and the results we have been seeing speak for themselves. If you have been thinking about running a session with us, now is the time to put your hand up. Spots are limited, and we are already in conversations with a number of partners for the months ahead. Reach out to me directly if you want to be one of them.

    WHERE WE'VE BEEN

    Archa | Pronto

July was one of those months where most of the action happened closer to home. Between everything happening across the partner community, we kept the travel light and headed to Melbourne for one very worthwhile trip.

We had the chance to catch up with the Archa team in person, which was a brilliant follow-on from the partnership launch. There is something about sitting across the table from people you are building something with that changes the conversation, and this was no different. We also stopped in to see the Pronto team while we were there, which, as always, was a great reminder of how strong that relationship is and how much we value the work we do together. Sometimes one city is all you need.

    WHAT'S AHEAD

    Metisc | Pronto | Kilimanjaro

The second half of the year is shaping up to be our busiest yet. Here is what we have coming up across webinars, user groups and events — plenty of opportunities to connect, learn and bring ProSpend into the right conversations.

    • Webinar | Metisc x ProSpend | 20 August

    • Event | Kilimanjaro MYOB User Groups | Sydney | 10 September.

    • Event | Pronto Summit | Sydney | 10 September

    • Event | Future of Finance and CFO Summit | 15 and 16 September

    • Event | Kilimanjaro MYOB User Groups | Auckland | 16 September

    • Event | Pronto Summit | Melbourne | 16 October

What a month to look back on and an even better one to look ahead to. Between the Archa partnership, the BusinessHub spotlight, new partners joining the community, and a calendar that is genuinely filling up, it feels like the ProSpend partner network is hitting its stride.

Thank you for being part of it. Whether we have caught up at an event, run a webinar together or simply stayed connected through this newsletter, I want you to know how much it means. This community is built on real relationships, and I do not take that for granted for a second.

If there is anything I can do to support you, your team or your customers in the months ahead, my door is always open. I will see many of you on the road very soon.

    Cheers,

    Maz
