| View in browser Hi there,   Between month-end, the FBT year closing on 31 March, and quarter-end approaching, many teams are juggling a lot right now. Over the past few weeks we’ve been speaking with partners and finance leaders across the ecosystem, and it’s clear that the same themes keep coming up: visibility, approvals, and trying to avoid the last-minute rush when reporting deadlines hit. Month-End Close: From Scramble to Sign-Off Lunch and Learn \| Wednesday 25 March \| 12:00–12:30 pm AEDT   Is month-end still a scramble for your clients?   A question we hear a lot is why month-end always seems to turn into a scramble. In most cases, it’s because the work quietly builds throughout the month and only gets dealt with during close week.   Episode 2 of the ProSpend Lunch & Learn is built for finance teams in exactly that position. In this 30 minute session, our Director of Product will walk through: Why the back-loaded month is the root cause of most close pressure What finance teams can enforce at submission so errors don’t reach close week How to run a mid-month review that clears the queue while it’s still manageable A quick clinic on the five issues that create most of the rework REGISTER NOW Where we've been this month Over the past few weeks, Phil (our Sales Director) and I have been on the road meeting with partners and finance teams.   We spent time at MYOB Partner Connect and the Sybiz partner event and also took the opportunity to sit down with several partners directly while we were in town. It was great to have proper conversations about what you’re seeing with your customers, how partnerships are evolving, and where ProSpend is heading next.   If we managed to connect while we were travelling, it was fantastic to see you. And if we missed you this time around, we’d love to organise a catch-up soon. FBT Year-End: A Useful Resource for Your Clients With the FBT year ending on 31 March, many finance teams are starting their final checks before reporting.   One of the most common challenges we see at this stage is that some important details weren’t captured when the expense was submitted. Things like attendee information, expense classification or GST treatment often need to be tracked down later.   To help finance teams avoid that last-minute scramble, we’ve created a simple FBT employer checklist that covers the key things to review before year-end. SHARE THE CHECKLIST BEFORE FBT YEAR END Best Regards,   Marianne Wichman Channel Partner Manager ProSpend, Level 6, 65 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia, PH: +61 2 9672 6880 Unsubscribe Manage preferences |
