Australian FinTech: ProSpend puts card choice back with finance teams

ProSpend is reinforcing a card-agnostic approach to spend management, letting finance teams manage spend on whatever cards a business runs rather than a card dictated by the software.

Choosing a card is only half the job. Once the spend happens, finance still has to chase receipts, code transactions, apply GST and FBT, approve and reconcile, and that work multiplies when spend is spread across disconnected card programs. ProSpend’s card-agnostic platform brings it all into one workflow, regardless of which card generated the transaction.

ProSpend connects existing corporate cards from American Express, Visa and Mastercard, virtual cards from Wise and Archa, and now Mastercard virtual cards. Finance teams can set billing cycles per card program, keeping submissions moving through the month instead of piling up at close.
