ProSpend expands card options with new Archa partnership

Eligible Australian businesses can access credit-backed virtual cards, rewards, low FX fees and multi-entity support, all connected through ProSpend.

We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with Australian card provider Archa, giving ProSpend customers another way to fund and manage card spend as their needs evolve.

Through the partnership, customers can access Archa’s card capabilities through ProSpend, supported by an Australian-based team.

More choice as businesses evolve

The card program that suited a business at one stage may no longer support its entity structure, funding needs or overseas spend. ProSpend customers can now choose another card program without introducing a separate process around the resulting spend. Eligible businesses now have access to:

  • Virtual cards backed by a line of credit
  • Multi-entity and multi-balance support
  • Velocity or PayRewards points
  • Low FX fees on overseas spend
  • Local KYB and onboarding support

“We built ProSpend to give finance teams greater control over business spend, without forcing them to work around systems that no longer fit. As organisations grow, their requirements change across entities, funding models, cardholders and overseas spend,” said Sharon Nouh, CEO of ProSpend.

“We love working with ambitious Australian businesses that are building strong products around genuine customer needs. Archa brings a modern card offering, while ProSpend keeps the controls, visibility and finance workflows around every transaction connected.

Together, we’re giving our customers more choice, including access to credit-backed virtual cards, rewards and greater flexibility across complex business structures.”

More card flexibility without another finance process

Archa issues the cards. ProSpend connects every transaction to the receipts, coding, approvals and reconciliation workflows finance teams already use.

Finance teams can capture receipts, tax details and supporting information against each transaction, while applying consistent coding, review and approval requirements.

This gives finance the ownership details, evidence and coding needed for reconciliation and reporting, rather than leaving teams to reconstruct the transaction at month-end.

Card activity can also be managed alongside expenses, invoices, purchase orders, budgets, travel and approvals through ProSpend.

“We’re excited to partner with ProSpend to give businesses more choice and flexibility in how they manage their spend,” said Oliver Kidd, Founder and CEO of Archa.

“By bringing Archa’s corporate cards together with ProSpend’s unified spend management platform, customers can access a seamless, integrated solution that makes managing business spend simpler.”

Card flexibility is most valuable when it remains connected to the wider finance process.

Built for growing businesses

As mid-market businesses grow, finance teams need to manage more entities, cardholders and transaction volume without adding manual work or separate systems. ProSpend helps finance teams scale by:

Maintaining visibility as the business grows

  • One view across cards, expenses, invoices, purchase orders, budgets and travel
  • Multi-entity reporting across teams and cost centres
  • Multi-currency support for ANZ businesses operating overseas
  • Integrations with more than 30 major ERPs

Keeping control consistent

  • Card transactions feed directly into ProSpend
  • Receipts, coding and approvals stay attached
  • Structured data is prepared for reconciliation and export
  • Clear audit trails and support for Australian GST and FBT requirements

Once an Archa card is linked, future transactions flow automatically into ProSpend, reducing manual uploads and month-end reconciliation work.

This allows the card program to expand across entities and spend types while finance maintains one consistent process for controlling, reviewing and reporting the resulting spend.

How Billini strengthened finance control with ProSpend and Archa

Australian fashion retailer Billini Shoes was already using ProSpend to manage its finance workflows when it became one of the first ProSpend customers to move its card program to Archa.

Archa gave Billini greater flexibility over card limits, rewards, foreign exchange costs and working capital, while ProSpend remained the platform finance used to capture, control, process and report the resulting spend.

Together, the platforms helped Billini maintain consistent coding, approvals and supporting information across card transactions, with structured data flowing into Apparel21.

“Month-end card processing through to ERP is seamless and much more proficient than with legacy systems,” said Geoff Greenberg of Billini Shoes.

The partnership reflects ProSpend’s broader vision to give finance teams greater choice at the point of spend while keeping every transaction connected across the full spend process, from control and approval through to reconciliation and reporting.
