ProSpend places great importance on our customers' data privacy and security, and it is with utmost sincerity that we provide you with this formal undertaking concerning the access to and handling of "Your Data," and “Personal Data” as those terms are defined in our Customer's Subscription Agreements and Master Services Agreement please refer to our data privacy policy for more information.
As per our Master Services Agreement we may use sub-processors, subsidiaries and support & service providers to provide our Hosted Services. Listed below are such entities with whom we may share customer data.
